Overall 7-10 years of relevant work experience working a Systems Analyst
Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers & onshore team/partners.
Strong knowledge & experience in Agile/ database structures/ API’s / SQL / Data analytics / Reporting and US Healthcare Insurance

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Work closely with product owners to define and document requirements for vendor software products, as well as create user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description decks, user guides, process flows and wireframes.
Apply business analysis techniques (elicitation, data mapping/modeling, business cases, prototyping, etc.) to prioritize, elicit, analyze, document and verify functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate data requirements into business process flows, functional design specifications and communicate requirements/design to business and technology stakeholders.
Lead the product backlogs for multiple products by facilitating visioning and requirements sessions, defining and prioritizing features, and by maintaining product, release, and sprint backlogs.
Partner with other Systems Analysts to collaborate on team dependencies and build a community of practice.
Engage with various teams to resolve problems in production and non-production environments as they arise and an overall understanding of appropriate business processes and workflows.
Draft and manage user stories containing requirements, design & acceptance criteria and groom user stories and research to project team members.
Partner with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
Facilitate meetings with business and technology teams, send out meeting minutes, and manage issues and action items.
Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
JOB REQUIREMENT SKILLS
US Healthcare (Insurance Domain – Claims, Providers, Benefits etc.,)
Experience with Agile and SDLC
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Visio)
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills, requirements gathering, user stories creation
Database knowledge on any RDBMS database like SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
Strong knowledge on UML/BPMN design
Experience with Rest API’s Json and SOAP xml file formats
Experience with open swagger UI, Jira/Confluence
